My name is Kathleen C. Panak
In 2006 I decided to pursue an idea to create a Fun and Unique collection of onesies and T-shirt designs for children. All of my designs are my original concept creatively brought to life by Avie Fritz--a great graphic designer. What is The French Chihuahua all about?? Just a fun place to add a little pizazz to your child's wardrobe. My onesies and T-shirts make great baby shower gifts or birthday presents.

I currently reside in North Shore of Milwaukee, WI and have a beautiful daughter, Alair, a great husband, Tad and two feisty chihuahua's, Baby & ZsuZsu (pictured below: Baby is the Tan Male and ZsuZsu is the Black & Tan Female).
